Digital Platform Creation

Role/ Cross-Functional Systems Lead

Focus/ Digital tools for design-to-development clarity

I built and implemented a digital ecosystem that streamlined how creative concepts move through Nike’s product engine. The framework connected Design, Technical Design, and Development through shared visualization and live data tools, including:

  • A Proto Tracker aligning design intent and sample progress

  • Material and silhouette libraries supporting 3D-to-physical workflow

  • Airtable and Smartsheet systems that simplified visibility and collaboration

By treating digital tools as extensions of craft, we turned process into a creative enabler — not a constraint.

Craft reimagined through digital clarity

Tools that empower faster, smarter creation

  • Proto Tracker

Developed and implemented a Proto Tracker that unified all style data across the Energy team. What began as a grassroots system for organization evolved into the backbone for multiple digital tools used across functions.

  • Workbook

Traditional Excel workbooks often led to redundancy, version errors, and time-consuming updates. To solve this, I built a new digital logging system that automatically captured and shared information in real time — ensuring instant visibility and accuracy across teams.

  • Smartsheet

    Tools I built in smartsheet

Hubs for all functions with tool links/ Proto Tracking Reports/ Style list for Weekly Fit session/ workload calendar/ due date calendar by weeks

    etc.

  • Air Table

Tools I Built in Air Table

Visual Proto tracker/ workload caculaor with at-time capacity view/ integrated calendar for all due dates and travel dates/ Workbook / Material Tracker integrated with the workbook

    etc.
