Leading Through Collaboration

Working with external collaborators, I partnered closely with the Design Director and ProDuct Management Director to align creative vision with execution. I led the development process, dates, and gates, providing technical knowledge, structure, and clarity so creative teams could focus on innovation.

A major focus was coordinating calendars and sample milestones, ensuring each collaborator touchpoint aligned with internal timelines — balancing sample quality, speed, and delivery. Through this alignment, we built trust, efficiency, and excellence across multiple high-profile partnerships.

For my team, I focused on removing roadblocks and providing quick, informed answers to keep progress moving.

I also invested in their growth, enrolling them in the CLO Certification Program to strengthen digital fit capability and position them as future leaders in 3D development.
